Hurrah for Inspiration

It's about 2 A.M. right now and I should either be asleep, or writing a new short fiction piece.
Instead, I took this picture about twenty minutes ago because I'm stupid and like to procrastinate.

Homme dans la ville avec chien

Translated as "Man in the city with dog", this was my theme assignment for the photography workshop I'm enrolled in over here. Don't worry, UR-Photo Club is much, much cooler, no doubt. Regardless, these are my two favorite photos I took for the theme:
While in London, I had to jump on this portrait of a man sitting on the street with his dog licking water out of a McDonald's cup. It was one of those awkward situations where I didn't notice him until I was passing by, so then I had to turn around and work my way back to get a good angle without drawing too much attention. I wanted to toss him a few coins but I didn't have any at the time.
A little more modern-abstract, this is my buddy Colt, with his dog, on his iPhone, in the city. Actually, it's not exactly his dog... while he does have pictures of his bulldog on his iPhone, the darn thing ran out of battery just as I was about to take the picture (further proof that Apple products fear me). Alas, I had to photoshop the screen in since the photo was due that day.

Spring Break In Lake Arrowhead

Messing with goggles instead of using them to snowboard.

A frozen lake in Big Bear. It only looks good in Hi-res, so click and check it out at proper size.

Playing with Photoshop:

Before. After.

Funny thing and pretty thing

This isn't a great picture or anything, I just thought it was odd that this piece of ice came off my frozen chicken and is shaped like a dolphin.
And these are pretty sunrises from my house.
