After many nights of searching and days of working, I finally figured out how to make a lightsaber in photoshop. Now I want to learn how to put this picture into another background.

My HDR shot. I want to redo this, since I had problems establishing my line where the trees should be black. Maybe I chose a poor (or difficult) picture to this with, since part of the trees are in the foreground and other parts are in the background. Oh well. The originals:

AIDS Exhibition

This looks like a job for Photography Club:

In commemoration of World AIDS Day, we are planning on hosting an AIDS Art Exhibition the week of December 1st, 2008. The theme for this year is Leadership. It will be promoted with the slogan: "Stop AIDS. Keep the Promise." The theme highlights the need for innovation, vision, and perseverance in the face of the AIDS challenge (http://www.e-alliance.ch/media/media-6729.pdf). The point of the exhibit is to raise awareness through art and the role art can play
in exploring and drawing attenton to AIDS. It also gets the community to express their feelings through a piece of art and expand their knowledge about AIDS.

I am asking if you, as an individual, or possibly your club/organization would like to create a work of art and submit it in the AIDS Art Exhibit (maximum of 5 art pieces per individual or club/organization). There is no level of artistic ability required to participate in the exhibit. Any type/form of medium is welcomed (canvas, clay, paint, pencil, pen, popsicole sticks, wood, plastic, etc.). Your art piece will be donated to the exhibit for the week.
